Where to park at BRG

We’re still having the best of problems… Where to park at BRG?

You can help by knowing the facts and following these tips:

  • The official parking for BRG is the paved lot above Pure Pets.
  • Parallel parking at the library is nice, but requires crossing the road.
  • The grass & gravel lot is private property. It is not guaranteed to be available for our long term use. We encourage you to park elsewhere.
  • Due to new instructions from the city, we must avoid all congestion in the Fire Lane and Handicap Accessible areas.
  • Please respect all six businesses here and park as indicated below.
  • If you are dropping children off, please allow time to park and walk them in. Thanks!

Tween and Teen Nights run Friday nights, 8-11 PM, when BRG is closed to the public, and costs $10 each. Rental gear is not included, but pizza is! Each session must have eight kids to run. Call, email, or submit a Contact Us form to sign-up.

Rock Climbing Guides for the Family

There are  a number of Rock Climbing Guide Services in the Brevard, NC area.  Much like any other business, each service has a niche.  Some cater to training and certification, others make rock climbing part of a multi-sport package.  At Brevard Rock Gym we believe our climbing guide service niche is catering to families.  The technical side of rock climbing and guiding is a must for any guide and the personable side is something we seek out in our staff.  Our business is built around families. From the families we work with in our youth climbing team programs, to our members who are able to come climb at the gym while our staff hang out with their toddlers. Our day camp kids and those parents who come out to see their 4 year climb on real rock for the first time, to the families we help create an unforgettable memory of climbing outside in Pisgah Forest.  You can’t be everything to everyone, so we choose to be the best family friendly climbing business we can. We pride ourselves in helping people build confidence, trust and create awesome photo-opps for your family scrap book!
